AUTOMATIC PLATE SLITTING MACHINE

This machine is specially designed for storage battery manufacturers to resolve and reduce the noise and air pollution problems that occur during motorcycle or VRLA plates slitting. This machine produces less scrap than former plate cutting machine, and it makes the size of parted plates more accurate.

FEATURES

♦ The machine can be controlled by traditional electric machine system or Human Man Interface(HMI). It is according to customer's request.

♦ The transmission speed is controlled by inverter.

♦ Slitting thickness can be between 1.1mm and 3.8mm.

♦ Customers should provide sample or drawing to inform the width of grid panel and the height of single panel, in order to decide the quantity of slitting cutters and brushing wheels. This model can be installed with 3 to 5 sets of slitting cutters in Y axis, 1 to 3 sets of brushing wheels, 1 to 3 sets of slitting cutters in X axis.

♦ The suitable total height of single plate would be ±12m/m of the certain single panel total height. For example, if the total height of single panel is 60m/m, the suitable range would be 48m/m to 72m/m, and so on. However, the total width of panel should not above 330m/m and the total height should not above 170m/m.Slitting speed is 15 to 30 panels per minute. (The speed can be speeded up according to the operator's experience.)
