AUTO PNEUMATIC PLATE CUTTING MACHINE

This machine is specially designed for storage battery manufacturers to resolve the problems occur during pneumatic plate cutting. It is easy for operation, and with perfect safety measures. It is quick to replace the mould, and accurately achieve your requirement.

OPERATION

After drying the plates, place them wholly beside the machine. First, fasten the sleeves of saw sheet shaft in the order of numbers.  Then, install the saw sheet shaft at a fixed position. After the plate mould is placed around fixed position, correct the center of plate mould and saw sheet, and then fasten them. Turn on Auto-Start switch to operate the machine automatically.
