This machine is suitable for the factory which produces only a small amount. 

It is simple to operate and maintain, also have low failure rate.

OPERATION

Raise the stirring stand to a fixed position.

Then, place the stirring barrel (stainless steel barrel) on rotary plate and lower the stirring stand to fixed position.

After that, turn the power on to begin stirring.

FEATURES

♦ It is controlled by pneumatic mechanical system.

♦ It can be operated by only one person.

♦ On the top of the machine is equipped with the transparent water bucket and sulfuric acid bucket, so that the operator can control the water and acid adding amount.

♦ If the temperature is too high during stirring process, it will sprinkle water automatically to cool down.

♦ The exhaust fan and blower is attached with the machine.

♦ It will stop automatically and ring the alarm when mixing is completed.

♦ Stirring capacity is 300 kg.
