AUTOMATIC PLATE LUG BRUSHING MACHINE

This machine is suitable for producing storage battery plates. By this machine, it can eliminate burr on plate lug or surplus active material after pasting. If the plate lug is more smooth, it can reduce the situation of plate short circuit, also can strengthen COS welding adhesion. The quality and efficiency of storage battery will be better.

OPERATION

This semi-auto machine is for lug brushing. Operator places plates in leveling position and turn on "Auto Start" switch, it can sucked to conveyor for brushing by vacuum sucker . After brushing, operator collect plates manually.
