AUTOMATIC CONTINUOUS PLATE FRAME BRUSHING MACHINE
OPERATION
This semi-auto machine is for frame brushing. Operator places plates on conveyor chain and turn on "Auto Start" switch. After brushing, operator collect plates manually.
FEATURES & SCOPE OF APPLICATION
♦ The machine design according to different specification of plates. (For example, plates of motorcycle and automobile may not use same machine.)
♦ To assist with cleaning burr, frame and both side(width) of lug brush is applicable.
♦ It is sealed design, and installed blower exhaust for collecting dust inside the machine.
♦ The direction(X & Y axis) of brush base is adjustable.
